Returns Policy

Adam Słodowicz – Operations Consulting

1. General information

1. This Returns Policy applies to consulting services and digital products (e-books) offered on the website operated by Adam Słodowicz.

2. Purchasing services or products constitutes acceptance of this Policy.

2. Consulting services

1. Consulting services are advisory in nature and are provided on an individual basis.

2. Due to the nature of the services, they are non-refundable once they have commenced or been completed.

3. The effects of cooperation depend on the client's commitment and the implementation of recommendations.

3. Cancellation or change of consultation date

1. The client may cancel or change the consultation date no later than 24 hours before the scheduled date.

2. In such a case, a new date for the service is set.

3. Cancelling a consultation less than 24 hours before the scheduled date may result in the payment not being refunded.

4. Digital products (e-books)

1. The e-books offered on the website are digital products delivered in electronic form.

2. After obtaining access to a digital product, the Customer loses the right to withdraw from the contract, in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.

3. Refunds for e-books are not possible once they have been downloaded or shared.

5. Refunds

1. Returns can only be considered if:

   • the consulting service has not been started,

   • the digital product has not been made available.

2. Each case is considered individually.

6. Final provisions

1. The returns policy is effective from the moment it is published on the website.

2. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Returns Policy.

3. In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
